Charlie Sheen To Make 'Revealing Personal Announcement' Tuesday

UPDATE: He has announced he is HIV positive on the "Today" show. Sheen stated that one of the reasons he decided to come clean was to end the blackmail and payoffs he was making to keep the story under wraps.

Charlie Sheen will make a "revealing personal announcement" in an interview with Matt Lauer on NBC's Today Show Tuesday, November 17, the network announced Monday.

The interview comes amid widespread speculation about who the "Hollywood A-Lister" hiding his HIV statue is, triggered by tabloid reports earlier in the month. Radar Online, which began the speculation with a November 2, 2015, story, published a report Monday, November 16, naming Charlie Sheen as the HIV positive actor.
