The Fox News reporter who has been covering Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign was yanked off the air after a Las Vegas hostess went public with details of a six-month affair, according to Politico.

The extramarital affair was initially reported by celeb gossip magazine In Touch.

A Fox News spokesman gave Politico this statement: "We recently became aware of Ed's personal issues and he's taking some time off to work things out."

In addition to covering Clinton on the campaign trail, Henry is the chief White House correspondent for Fox News.
