Did the Texas senator decide to support Clinton? Nope. The website TedCruz.com is owned by another Ted Cruz, according to a Mother Jones report in 2014. He is a lawyer Arizona who bought the domain name in 2004 for a real estate business. He decided lately to use the site to support Clinton.
