The battle at the top of the GOP presidential field got uglier between Donald Trump and Ted Cruz at a South Carolina Tea Party meeting, with the New York billionaire getting booed when he attacked the Texas senator. But the best moment may have been when Cruz got stuck on an elevator the stopped short of his intended floor.
