Hillary Clinton scored a landslide victory over Bernie Sanders in South Carolina, thanks in large part to overwhelming support from African-American voters.

Clinton's had 74% and Sanders claimed 26% with 99% of the ballots counted in the Democratic Party's presidential primary.

Sanders reportedly called Clinton to congratulate her as he was on a plane for Minnesota even before the polls closed.
