Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton won their parties' Mississippi primaries, but the real focus of the night is Michigan. Trump won MIchigan, but Bernie Sanders took the state with a 50% to 48% margin. : With 40% of the votes counted in Idaho, Ted Cruz leads with 41%, Donald Trump is second at 30%, Marco Rubio is third with 18%, and John Kasich trails in fourth with 7%.
: CNN projects Bernie Sanders as the narrow winner in Michigan’s Democratic primary. With 96% of the Michigan vote counted, it's Bernie Sanders with 50% to Hillary Clinton's 48%. Despite winning, Sanders splits the state’s delegates about evening with Clinton. Still, it is a big victory for Sanders considering most polls predicted his defeat.
