Ted Cruz and Bernie Sanders were declared winners of their parties' Wisconsin primaries just 30 minutes after polls closed Tuesday night. Both men got decisive wins over the frontrunners Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton, although their delegate gains are small in the context of the race for the presidential nominations.
