Donald Trump is declaring victory at Trump Tower just after Ted Cruz suspended his campaign.

Trump, who has repeatedly dubbed Cruz "Lyin' Ted" was generous in his victory speech, saying the Texas senator "Is a hell of a competitor, he is one tough smart guy and he's got an amazing future."
