California Cops Allegedly Beat Mom After She Called In Complaint Against Them

A federal lawsuit alleges that two Carlsbad, California, police officers stopped a woman on a seatbelt violation and brutally beat her minutes after she called in a complaint against one of them for an unrelated incident.
