A chilling video released by an ISIS media branch warns Russia that "soon, very soon, the blood will spill like an ocean."

"The Kremlin will be ours," the terror group's subtitles said.

ISIS, which is under attack by Russian warplanes in Syria, claims it downed a Russian airliner that exploded and crashed over Egypt October 31, 2015.
