Hillary Clinton called on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube to block ISIS from using social network accounts for recruiting and planning terror attacks, but Donald Trump suggests Microsoft founder Bill Gates could "close that Internet up" for certain areas.

The Republican frontrunner floated the idea in the same speech Monday in which he explained why there should be a ban on Muslims entering the entering the United States as a temporary measure to "make America great again."
