The University of Cincinnati police officer accused of murdering a black motorist during a minor traffic stop will await trial at home after posting a $1 million bond.
The case against Ray Tensing, 25, in the death of Sam Dubose, 43, is mostly based on video captured from the body cameras attached to Tensing and the two fellow officers who backed him up.
Hamilton County, Ohio, prosecutor Joe Deters released the video Wednesday after a grand jury handed up the murder indictment against Tensing.
