Fact Check: Video Does NOT Authentically Show Teacher Shouting At Students For Bullying A Student For Wearing MAGA Hat -- It's A Skit Actors

Did a video shared in April of 2025 authentically show a teacher yelling at students in her classroom for bullying a student who wore a MAGA hat? No, that's not true: the video was one of several featuring the same actors in a variety of roles and settings.

The video appeared in an April 10, 2025 TikTok post (archived here) where it was published by the @networkmediacares0 account with the comment "We need more teachers like this." The video starts with a teacher in a classroom yelling at students:

Do you know how it feels to get bullied?

This is what the post looked like on TikTok at the time of writing:

The female student on the left side of this video can be seen in three skit videos circulating at about the same time on X and TikTok. In a video on X (archived here), she watches the teacher berate a student who wears a MAGA hat in her classroom. In the TikTok video that is the subject of this fact check, she is in the classroom of students being berated for bullying a student over his hat. In the third, (archived here) she plays a woman giving birth on a passenger plane:

The teacher berating students for bullying a classmate over his MAGA hat in the TikiTok video that is the subject of this fact check is played by the same actor who in a different video (archived here) portrays a teacher throwing a student out of her classroom for wearing a MAGA hat in this video.
