Fact Check: Epstein Files Do NOT Reveal Documents Showing That Erika Kirk Worked For Jeffrey Epstein No Such Docs

Do new documents from the Department of Justice Epstein files reveal that Erika Kirk used to work for Jeffrey Epstein? No, that's not true: A search of the publicly available DOJ file of Epstein investigation documents did not find any results containing evidence that the late Charlie Kirk's widow ever worked for convicted child abuser Epstein. The post making that claim offers no other forms of evidence that there are documents available that prove Kirk worked for Epstein.

The claim appeared in an April 15, 2026, post on X.com account @ToriatheisTori (archived here). It opened:

NEW DOCUMENTS REVEAL ERIKA KIRK USED TO WORK FOR JEFFREY EPSTEIN. DO NOT STOP TALKING ABOUT THE EPSTEIN FILES.

This is what the post looked like on X at the time of writing:

The post did not offer any evidence or cite any sources that prove there are documents showing Kirk had worked for Epstein. Lead Stories searched the DOJ Epstein files website for Erika Kirk and found no matching results, as this screenshot shows:

Lead Stories also searched the DOJ's Epstein file library for mention of her maiden name, Erika Frantzve. The Library reported no matches found:

Had documents been released that showed she worked for Epstein, it would have been major news. Lead Stories searched Google News (archived here) and Yahoo! News (archived here) and did not find any legitimate news reports of Kirk working for Epstein.

Lead Stories has previously debunked a claim about Kirk and Epstein here and about Kirk being invovled in trafficking children here.
