The person who posted this video does not cite a source for his claim that Kim is demanding Netanyahu's arrest.
The claim appeared in a video (archived here) by the @ethanlevinsz account on Instagram, uploaded on Sept. 9, 2026. It opened with Levin saying:
Breaking news, Kim Jong Un is calling for the arrest of Benjamin Netanyahu and is asking his generals to find any way whatsoever to get food into Gaza.

Levin does not cite a source for his claim. He uses the phrase "North Korea doesn't see this as a war, but as a quote 'imperialist occupation by the U.S.,'" but does not provide a source for the quote.
North Korea supported Palestinians in the past, as the Korea Herald reported in November 2023, just weeks after Hamas attacked Israel on Oct. 7, 2023.
Credible news reports from North Korea are difficult to access. The website KCNA Watch (archived here) is a news organization that tracks Democratic People's Republic of Korea state media outlets. Lead Stories searched the site and did not find any reports at the time of publication that Kim had called for Netanyahu's arrest.
