Does a video from the Epstein files show a group of people, including one who is pregnant, chained inside dog kennel cages? No, that's not true: This footage originated from a 2025 Horror production by the YouTube channel Life of Luxury. Each file in the U.S. Department of Justice's Epstein Library has a number which can be used to verify its provenance and this video is not associated with those files.
The claim appeared with a video (archived here) published by the @realjohnjohnjr account on X on Sept. 3, 2026. It read:
This is a video from the Epstein files showing young children in cages.

The X video has been covered with a sensitive content screen. A text box at the top of the video reads "Epstein Files" but aside from that baseless assertion there is no evidence that the video came from the Epstein Library (archived here). The database kept by the U.S. Department of Justice does include commercially made pornography and other images taken from Epstein's personal devices. At two minutes, 46 seconds in a Jan. 30, 2026, press conference (archived here), Todd Blanche explained:
Just a quick note about the videos and images. The 2,000 videos and 180,000 images are not all videos and images taken by Mr. Epstein or someone around him. They include large quantities of commercial pornography and images that were seized from Epstein's devices but which he did not take or that someone around him did not take.
This video does not have an Epstein Library file number associated with it and it did not exist during Epstein's lifetime. Epstein died Aug. 10, 2019 (archived here). This 26-minute, 22-second video by the horror-themed YouTube channel Life of Luxury is currently titled It Crawled Into Her Bed at Night.. and was published on YouTube on April 5, 2025 (archived here). When the video was first published it had a different title, He Only Visits When You're Asleep.. (archived here).

Before freeing the captives, Haj is distracted by a sound and must investigate. At 14 minutes in, he discovers the captor is a large humanoid rat creature running on a giant squeaky hamster wheel.
