Dylann Roof entered not guilty pleas to 33 federal counts, including weapons charges, hate crimes, and obstructing the practice of religion in the June 17, 2015 shooting that killed 9 worshippers at Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Charleston, South Carolina.
