The always-anticipated Pirelli calendar, known for featuring the world's most beautiful women, has taken a turn for 2016. It's choices are less driven by traditional ideas of female beauty and instead features inspirational women. The photographs shot by Annie Leibovitz include Amy Schumer, Serena Williams, Patti Smith, Tavi Gevinson and Yoko Ono.
"I felt I looked more beautiful than any day in my life and I felt that it looked like me," Schumer said in a promotional video.
