Video: Girlfriend Runs Over Boyfriend After He Reveals He's HIV-Positive

Misty Wilke was so upset at her boyfriend when she learned he was HIV positive, she ran him down in her Mustang as he rode his bicycle, according to Phoenix police.

The boyfriend suffered a broken back and a head injury. Wilke, 44, is now charged with aggravated assault.

A security camera video at a nearby home caught the dramatic attack.
