Fake Video: Congress Is NOT Demanding The Arrest of Hillary Clinton

Is Congress demanding the arrest of Hillary Clinton and the appointment of a second special counsel in the wake of the FBI spy operation? No: a live video stream claiming that is happening was just streaming clips from regular news or opinion shows but with a falsified caption reading "CONGRESS DEMANDS THE ARREST OF HILLARY CLINTON AND APPOINTMENT OF SECOND SPECIAL COUNSEL" over it.

Currently the stream switched to someone ranting about conspiracy theories involving pedophiles, fluoride and Hillary Clinton.

The stream went live on May 22, 2018 on the Facebook page "Stranger Than Fiction News" (archived here) with following description:

BREAKING: CONGRESS DEMANDS THE ARREST OF HILLARY CLINTON AND APPOINTMENT OF SECOND SPECIAL COUNSEL IN WAKE OF FBI SPY OPERATION

But no other media outlets were reporting on this "news" and the actual video clips don't mention anything about an arrest.
