Fake News: LWellan Dowd NOT Head Of Los Angeles Schools, Did NOT Change Sex-Ed Curriculum

Did Lwellan Dowd, head of the L.A. Education Department, make it mandatory to include "Effective Masturbation Techniques" into the Sex Education curriculum? Of course not, that's fake news. The origin of the rumor was a meme put out by a liberal Facebook page set up to troll Republicans and Trump supporters into sharing fake stories so the fans of the page can laugh at them. It is not true.

The story originated from a meme published on August 9, 2018 by a Facebook page titled "America's Last Line Of Defense" (archived here) captioned:

The full text superimposed on the image read:

Lwellan Dowd is the new head of the Los Angeles Education Department. He has made it mandatory for sex education to include a manual in "effective masturbation techniques". Share if you think this liberal deviance in America's schools must stop!

The image of the meme was just a stock photo titled "handsome black man":

Handsome black man

We are pleased to welcome you to our website. If you are here, then probably you are looking for affordable and quality of information about handsome black man, and rightly so, because you have to care for yourself, including the hairstyle, it is necessary in the modern world.

Of course there is no Los Angeles Education Department (although there is a Los Angeles County Office of Education) and no "Lwellan Dowd" (if he existed he might be "well endowed" though).

The Facebook page that originally created the meme describes itself as:

Nothing on this page is real. It is a collection of the satirical whimsies of liberal trolls masquerading as conservatives. You have been warned.

Use the force and the truth shall reveal itself. Just not here. Ever.

Good Old Fashioned Liberal Troll Provided Fantasy presented as comedy to the left and a social experiment to the right. Please don't hurt the Trumpanzees. they'll be gone in a few years back to the shadows from whence they came and we'll be back to trolling Tea Turds.

You should probably not be getting your political news from there.
