Does a video on TikTok authentically show a patient denied health care by a black female doctor because the man is wearing a MAGA hat? No, that's not true: The video appears to be an mirrored version of a video that originally appeared on a TikTok channel along with other skits. In a second version of the video the "doctor" can be seen laughing several times.
The a video (archived here) was published on TikTok on February 8, 2025 with a description that read:
Patient gets denied healthcare part1

As can be seen in the footage, the lettering on the MAGA hat appears to be mirrored

A reverse image search of a screenshot mirrored the right way brought Lead Stories to what appears to be the original video, on a TikTok account named @thomasgibson31 (archived here, unfortunately without video thumbnails) with a bio that read "No bio yet."
The account featured various skits by the same actors, generally showing various characters getting surprised in all kinds of ways:
