No, that's not true: Neither the Attorney General's website nor credible media organizations show the purported announcement. The account that posted the claim displayed a satire label.
The claim appeared in a post (archived here) on X where it was published on May 10, 2025. It opened:
AG Pam Bondi launches a RICO probe into the corrupt Foundation network of the Clinton, Obama, and Biden families. Is this the long-overdue takedown of the century, or will the swamp escape justice yet again? Do you support AG's bold move?

However, a search across the Attorney General's website did not produce a confirmation that the families of the three former U.S. presidents are part of any investigation of this kind:

A search for the keywords on Google News seen here (archived here) produced a single, irrelevant result concerning discussions of national security issues on Signal (archived here).
The account that posted the claim reviewed in this article, @TulsiGabbardDNI, utilized a satire label and distinguished itself from social media pages linked to politician Tulsi Gabbard (archived here):
