Did a video shared widely in April 2025 show a real argument between a man attempting to deliver a pizza and a woman trying to block him from entering her "prestigious" apartment complex with it? No, that's not true: The man and woman were actors, and the video was a sketch. The account that originally posted it, Reaction World, regularly posts fake, scripted arguments that feature a rotating group of actors.
The video was presented as authentic in a May 5, 2025, post on X (archived here), with the caption "Karen flips out and throws his pizza away." It can be viewed in full below:

In fact, the video was not an authentic record of a real incident. It was a sketch, and the man and woman shown in it were actors.
The original video, with the title "Karen Flips Out and Throws His Pizza Away!" was posted to YouTube on April 21, 2025, by the account "Reaction World", which describes its content as "the funniest moments & wildest reactions."
Reaction World regularly posts similar scripted videos featuring a rotating cast of actors depicting fake public arguments and disputes. For example, the woman who throws away the pizza outside the apartment complex was played by the same actor who plays a woman complaining to her neighbor about recording TikTok dances on their street in an April 24 video:

Similarly, the actor who played the pizza delivery driver could be seen in a May 1, 2025, sketch entitled "When Showing Off Your Workout Goes Terribly Wrong":
