Did Nike or Under Armour donate face masks and clothing to ICE agents involved in arresting undocumented immigrants in the United States? No, that's not true: The TikTok host making the claim gave no supporting information about how he confirmed the claim. Lead Stories found no evidence to support the claim and several red flags raising questions about the credibility of the host to make the claim. An ICE spokeswoman told Lead Stories she was unaware of such donations. Nike and Under Armour did not immediately respond to emailed questions.
The claim originated in a video (archived here) published on the @coltonlexus TikTok channel on September 11, 2025, titled "Nike has been distributing face masks to I.C.E ???? #ColtonLexus #ICE #Nike." The video opened with a host saying:
Hey guys, Colton Lexus here with internal Services LLC. So today, we have just confirmed that Nike, Incorporated has been giving out face masks to new hired ICE agents. Ski face masks, the ones that cover their faces. They're being provided by Nike. And I can't even believe this, quite frankly, because I like Nike products. I'm wearing their Nike brand right now, but this, this is unbelievable. They're giving them out for free. Nike is giving out face masks to the Department of Defense for free. You have got to be f---ing kidding me.

The video continued:
And this has been confirmed, repeatedly confirmed, and so here we are now. Now we're gonna have to add them on that list of companies to boycott. Way to go. Nike looks like we're not buying any more Apple watches. We're not buying any more shoes from you. We're definitely not buying any more attire or gear from Nike. You should be ashamed of yourself. That's seriously f---ed up. Oh, wait, there's more. Nike's not the only company Under Armor. Under Armor, one of the biggest suppliers of military gear, under armor, and Nike, what in the actual f--k you guys.
Lead Stories contacted Nike, Under Armour, and ICE -- U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement -- for confirmation or denial of the claim. The ICE spokeswoman said she was not aware of such a donation by either sportswear company. She promised to look into the claim and respond if she learned anything about it. Nike and Under Armour did not immediately reply to the emailed inquiries. We will update this article if we receive any responses.
The only known source of the claim is Colton Lexus, who was speaking on the video, and he did not provide any sourcing for the claim. Lead Stories searched for information about Lexus that might help understand if he should be considered a reliable source.
A Google search revealed that Lexus was arrested in Chicago on a charge of aggravated battery by discharging a firearm on December 25, 2024.

A news article (archived here), titled "Man arrested for shooting apartment door-kicker on Southwest Side, Chicago police say," reported that Lexus allegedly was inside his apartment when he fired at a man outside his apartment, seriously wounding him on Christmas Day:
Authorities said Lexus is accused of shooting and injuring a man who was outside an apartment unit and kicking the door. Lexus, who was inside the apartment, shot the victim, police said.
The victim was taken to an area hospital, where he was listed in serious condition.
Lexus is scheduled to appear in court Saturday for a detention hearing.
Lead Stories could find no record of the resolution of the criminal charges against Lexus.
While Lexus was calling for a boycott of Nike and Under Armour on September 11, 2025, just two weeks later he uploaded another video (archived here) from a public toilet, claiming he was homeless. He was wearing an Under Armour shirt and asking for viewer donations.

His TikTok profile included a Linktree page with his GoFundMe page and other ways to send him money. These include a "Shop Colton Lexus" page where you could pay $240 for a bottle of Colton Lexus cologne.

When he is not claiming to be homeless and begging for money, Lexus refers to himself as "Chief Lexus," sometimes wearing a star patch that resembles a law enforcement badge. He identified himself in the Nike video as "Colton Lexus here with internal Services LLC." We found that the company was registered with the Illinois secretary of state on July 19, 2024, with Colton Lexus listed as its registered agent.

The address listed (archived here) for the company is a virtual office company.

We could not find a phone number to call Lexus or Internal Security for comment or evidence supporting his claim that Nike and Under Armour were donating face masks and other supplies to ICE agents.
