Does a video really show a young, white couple in the delivery room after the mother has given birth to two black babies? No, that's not true: The viral clip originated on a TikTok account that bills itself as "entertainment" and which recently published several other, similar videos. The caption on the video indicated it was made with artificial intelligence and that it was meant as comedy entertainment.
The video (archived here) was uploaded on October 31, 2025 by an account named @br_ai_ded (which had "AI" in the name) alongside a description that read:
Pure chaos in the delivery room!
A young couple welcomes twins... but they look completely different from what anyone expected.
The dad can't believe it, the mom's in tears, and the doctor's just trying to keep it together.Real reactions, real confusion -- straight out of a comedy movie! 🎥👶

In the audio of the clip, characters can be heard saying:
Man: What is happening right now? Are they my children? Oh my god.
Nurse: Ma'am, it's alright. Just hold them.
Man: They have black hair, they have black skin. What is going on?
Doctor: Sir, genetics can be...
Man: They are not my babies. Please stop.
