No, that's not true: No such post could be found on his account. Lead Stories searched an archive of Trump's posts, which did not produce any evidence that the viral image showed a real Truth post by Trump.
The claim appeared in a post (archived here) published on Bluesky on January 28, 2026. The caption pointed to the incorrect name of First Lady Melania Trump in what looked like a screenshot shared in the entry:
