Fact Check: Fake Image Showing Bill Clinton, Jeffrey Epstein, And Mira Nair Holding Baby Zohran Mamdani Originated From A Satire Account Satire Source

Were Bill Clinton and Jeffrey Epstein photographed with Mira Nair holding her baby son, Zohran Mamdani? No, that's not true: This image is fake and was posted on X by an account carrying a parody disclaimer. The fake image has a discreet DFF watermark from the account in the place of a monogram on Bill Clinton's shirt. The parody account's name is DumbFckFinder. The image was posted a day after the Department of Justice released over three million additional pages of Epstein files. One 2009 email to Epstein mentioned director Mira Nair had attended a party for her film at Ghislaine Maxwell's townhouse, where Bill Clinton and Jeff Bezos were also in attendance.

The fake image was posted (archived here) on Facebook by Michael Rapaport on Jan. 31, 2026. It was captioned:

Mira Nair holding her baby Zohran Mamdani with
Bill and Epstein.
Yeah....read that again....

This is the image included with the Facebook post:

The fake image was first published (archived here) on X by the account @DumbFckFinder (DFF) which has a "Parody Account" account authenticity disclosure from X (archived here) under the user name. A small watermark with the letters DFF can be seen on the breast pocket of Clinton's shirt. The account's bio reads:

Helping free America from DumbFuckery one DumbFuck at a time, Left, Right, we find em all and expose via high quality AI videos and memes. Alt account @ENIMEMES

The caption of the post published at 8:04 a.m. reads:

Mira Nair holding her baby Zohran Mamdani with Bill and Jeff aka Mira Nair holding a Little terrorist with two big terrorists

At 4:15 p.m. the account posted again (archived here) stating:

Damn you guys failed🤣🤣🤣

I purposely made him a baby which would technically make this pic 34 years old.

Yikes

The fake image was not presented with a specific claim about when and where the purported "photo" was taken. Given the context of the Epstein files released by the Department of Justice on Jan. 30, 2026, it seems to be capitalizing on the appearance of Nair's name in an Oct. 21, 2009 email (archived here) from Peggy Siegal to Jeffrey Epstein (pictured below). Because the email informs Epstein of who was at the party, this suggests he was not at the party. It reads:

Just left Ghislaine's townhouse...after party for film. Bill Clinton and Jeff Bezos were there...Jean Pigozzi, director Mira Nair....etc.
Film received tepid reaction although women like it much more...Hillary Swank and Gere: at stupid party in Bloomingdales cheap sportwaer department....very weird. Studio went for free party from store and windows for a month.... Going to be in Wall Street 2 tomorrow ....more to come. xoxo Peg

The email was sent at 5:37 a.m. suggesting this after party at Maxwell's was in the overnight hours between Oct. 20 - 21, 2009. There is a Getty gallery of photos labeled "NY: Premiere Of "Amelia"" which includes photos from the premiere (archived here) at the The Paris Theatre in New York City on Oct. 20, 2009. Among many people pictured are actors Hillary Swank and Richard Gere, and Director Mira Nair who was dressed in a white satin two piece pants set, not a yellow dress. Nair's son Zohran Mamdani, elected Mayor of New York in 2025, was not pictured in the premiere photos. He was born in 1991, and would have been 18 years old at the time of the "Amelia" premiere.
