Fact Check: FAKE Video Shows Kai Trump Saying, 'I Will Never Accept Bettina Anderson As My Mother' -- Clearly Labelled As AI-Generated AI-Generated

Is a video that shows Kai Trump, the president's granddaughter, saying, "I will never accept Bettina Anderson as my mother," real? No, that's not true: The clip is clearly labeled "AI-generated" in the bottom-left corner of the frame. The TikTok account that originally posted it also included a tag that reads: "Creator labeled as AI-generated."

The claim appeared in a post and video (archived here) by the @BrittanyinTexas account on X on Apr. 22, 2026. It read:

Kai Trump says she'll NEVER accept Bettina Anderson--who's engaged to her dad, Don Jr.--and wanted Kimberly Guilfoyle as her new mom instead.😬

This video first appeared on TikTok under the yin19042szx account (archived here). The account name is circled in red above. It was uploaded to the social media platform on Apr. 17, 2026. The original was also clearly tagged, "Creator labeled as AI-generated," also in the bottom-left corner. It is circled in orange below:
