Fact Check: Male Prostitute Was NOT Found Dead In Home Of Mike Pence -- Fake Story From Facebook 'Comedian' Satire Source

Did police find a male prostitute dead in the Indiana home of Mike Pence? No, that's not true: There is no news reporting of an incident such as this. This false news story originated from a Facebook page that lists its category as "comedian". The story has spread to other social media platforms without the comedy disclaimer.

The story originated with a post (archived here) published on Facebook on May 19, 2026 by the page "Jonathan Gregory" @TrumpNews.baby. The lengthy caption begins:

Shocking Scandal Rocks Never-Trumper Mike Pence: Young Man Rumored to Be Male Prostitute Found Dead in His Indiana Home
By Jonathan Gregory
Carmel, IN - May 19, 2026
Law enforcement rushed to the Indiana residence of disgraced former Vice President Mike Pence Tuesday afternoon following a frantic 911 call reporting an unconscious man who had stopped breathing. Officers and paramedics arrived to find the individual deceased in a bedroom of the Pence household. The victim was described only as a male in his early 20s, with authorities withholding his identity pending notification of next of kin. No official cause of death has been released, but sources close to the investigation confirm that both Mike Pence and his wife Karen were present at the time of the incident.

Included in the Facebook post were two images (pictured below), one showing Trump and Pence, and another showing Pence's home in Indiana:

The post caption continues:

What began as a tragic welfare check has quickly spiraled into a firestorm of rumors swirling around the Pence household. Multiple law enforcement insiders are leaking that the young man was well known to at least one responding officer as a frequent "special guest" at the property, allegedly a male escort hired for private services. While details remain unconfirmed and an active police investigation continues, the whispers paint a disturbing picture of hypocrisy from a man who once positioned himself as a staunch social conservative and devout Christian. This latest controversy comes as Pence continues to distance himself from the America First movement that propelled him to national prominence.
President Donald J. Trump, who wisely severed ties with Pence after the disastrous 2020 aftermath, once again looks prescient in his judgment of character. While Trump continues delivering record breaking rallies, securing borders, and restoring American greatness in his second term, former allies like Pence fade into irrelevance amid personal scandals. This heartbreaking discovery at the Pence home serves as yet another reminder why voters overwhelmingly rejected the old guard establishment in favor of Trump's bold, unapologetic leadership. As the investigation unfolds, one thing is clear; the Trump era has moved beyond such distractions, focusing instead on putting America first.
