Fact Check: Video Does NOT Show Arrest of Man Accused of Inappropriately Touching Influencer at Disneyland -- 2024 Footage Not Same Man

Does a video show the arrest of the man accused of inappropriately touching influencer Yoatzi Castro at Disneyland in 2026? No, that's not true: The footage used in the viral video was originally posted on Instagram in 2024. It does not show the man Castro accused of groping her at Disneyland in September 2026.

The claim appeared in a video (archived here) posted by @viralbrief0 on TikTok on Sept. 27, 2026. The caption on the video read:

Castro was visiting Disneyland on Sept. 23, 2026, with friends and live streaming on Twitch when a man walked behind her. She immediately turned around and asked him, "Why would you touch me like that?" as KTLA 5 reported. She described his actions to the news station:

'I just felt a finger touch me very inappropriately,' Castro told KTLA. 'My first instinct was to turn around and punch because I felt extremely violated.'

Castro reported the incident to Disneyland security and the man was located and arrested, but video of his arrest is not shown in the video. Castro posted a video to her Instagram account @Yoatzi (archived here) after the incident. It does not show the man being arrested.

The video posted on TikTok opens with a person on the ground surrounded by police. That original video was posted on Feb. 4, 2024, by @foosgonedisney (archived here) on Instagram. This is a screenshot of the person on the ground at Downtown Disney in Anaheim, Calif., in the video posted on Instagram at the time of writing:
