Did Denzel Washington say he "never met anyone braver, smarter or who cares more about America than Donald Trump"? No, that's not true: There is no evidence that the actor, director and producer said this. No established news outlets have reported that Washington ever said those words.

HE'S A GREAT FRIEND AND AN EVEN BETTER PRESIDENT. I'M PROUD TO BE A STEADFAST SUPPORTER, AND I'LL NEVER APOLOGIZE FOR IT.
GOD BLESS AMERICA AND OUR PRESIDENT.

This is according to president trumps truth social. Denzel Washington said he has worked with a lot of people and has never met anyone braver, smarter, or who cares more about America than Donald Trump. Trump is the one in the red USA hat and Denzel is the face on the left.
Denzel called him a great friend and an even better president. He said he is proud to be a steadfast supporter and will never apologize for it. That kind of public support from a man like Denzel hits different. God bless America and our president is the close.
I stand with that. Name Denzel Washington and name President Trump when they pretend Hollywood is unanimous against him. Keep the credit on the man who said he will never apologize for supporting Trump. A lot of people stay quiet. Denzel did not. He said it plain.
