Was the plane that crashed in Palm Beach County, Florida, on Nov. 1, 2026, registered to an address mentioned in the Epstein files? Yes, but that is missing context: The address belongs to a corporate services center where hundreds of thousands of companies are registered. The shared address alone does not establish any connection between the plane's owner or operator and Jeffrey Epstein or his activities.
The claim appeared in a video by the @jaydinbriggss account on TikTok, uploaded on Nov. 3, 2026. It read:

A partial transcription of the video reads:
The plane that crashed this past week in West Palm, guess what I found out: The owner of that plane's address is somewhere in Delaware; I'll put it up here. [shown in video screenshot above as: 1209 N Orange St., Wilmington, DE 19801]
That address is approximately seen within the Epstein files over 108 times.
The Learjet crashed on Nov. 1, 2026, killing all nine people aboard, including a family with two young children. The National Transportation Safety Board said the aircraft appeared to have begun breaking apart before impact, and investigators are examining weather conditions, crew actions and possible mechanical problems. The plane's pilot reported accumulating ice and severe turbulence before declaring an emergency and descending rapidly.
The tail number (archived here) of the jet was N722BD. The Federal Aviation Administration registry (archived here) for that number shows it was registered to LR60271 LLC, 1209 N. Orange St., Wilmington, Delaware.
The basic claim in the video is true: the address appears many times in the Epstein files. A Lead Stories search (archived here) for it found the address in three different PDFs on the Department of Justice's Epstein Library website.
The address at 1209 N. Orange St. in Wilmington, Delaware, is a corporate services center where hundreds of thousands of companies are registered, Technical.ly reported (archived here). Delaware law allows companies to use a registered agent's address for official mail and legal notices, even if they do not operate there. The address appears in the Epstein files because some Epstein-related companies used it for that purpose. A registered agent's role is administrative: receiving official documents and forwarding them to the appropriate companies.
