  • Mashable reports on a trial in England of a special lane that charges electric cars driving on it. The Highways England experiement is on a private road for now, but it definitely looks interesting. What electric car owner wouldn't want to arrive at work with their car battery nicely topped off?

  • Google-owned robotics firm Boston Dynamics announced it has been testing their 'Atlas' robot outside in the woods to see how well it would deal with natural terrain. Check out video of the experiment below. The Daily Mail has more.
