This trending video shows a car rolling up to a house on Denkinger Rd. in Concord. A man jumps out and grabs a package sitting on the porch. Another man comes running in and tries to stop him. The package falls down and as the first man gets back into the car the second man reaches inside the passenger window and pulls out what appears to be a purse.
The video was submitted to local news blog Claycord by the homeowner in the hope someone could identify the thief. With succes: a connection was made with an earlier case from 2012 with the same perpetrator -- identified by police as "Daniel Price" -- leading to his arrest.
