President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama welcome area students and the children of military families to the White House for trick-or-treating on Halloween.

While the name of the toddler was not released, it may have been one of many who visited the White House Friday as President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama welcomed area students and the children of military families for trick-or-treating on Halloween. Here's the full video of that.
