Donald Trump delivered a "TelePrompTer" speech titled "Declaring American Economic Independence" in Monesssen, Pennsylvania, Monday. The event, which was closed to just supporters and the media, is taking place at Alumisource, a company that sells shredded scrap to the aluminum and steel industries.

This was Trump's first speech since returning from his short trip to Scotland, which coincided with the Brexit vote for Britain to leave the European Union.

Hillary Clinton tweeted a jab at Trump's business practice of outsourcing manufacture of his fashion products -- just as Trump was speaking againstg American companies outsourcing jobs to other countries. It included a link to an Amazon page that sells Donald J. Trump dress shirts made in Bangladesh.

Trump turned oddly silent on Twitter for more than a day leading up to this address. He normally tweets several times a day, however, 36 hours passed from Sunday mornng until Monday afternoon when Trump let loose with a video attacking Clinton.
