There is a regional HOAX story rising quickly on the internet stating that "All rouses in Louisiana area to close by end of 2016." If you're unaware, Rouses Supermarkets are spread throughout the U.S. states of Louisiana, Alabama and Mississippi with more than 5,000 employees. Lead Stories can confirm that the article is 100% NOT TRUE because we clicked on the story link and were directed to a page that, after a few seconds, delighted us with this image:

RousesRuse.jpgAs previously noted in Lead Stories' debunking of Big Lots Stores closing, the site on which the hoax originated allows its visitors to make up joke headlines and article summaries that they can then send to their friends via social media. It looks like this particular example of a fake news story was very succesful in fooling people as it has been shared hundreds of times already.
