A video has been making the rounds purporting to show a gang member going to a rivals funeral and slapping the dead man in his coffin while other mourners look on in horror and start screaming. In some versions of the story the gang is named as the Bloods, in others it is not mentioned. This is a copy of the video as seen on Facebook:
Actually the video is just a fragment from a longer comedy sketch titled "What You Shouldn't Say/Do At A Funeral Home" by 8JTV. Fast forward to 3:56 to see the part where the corpse gets smacked...
So don't be fooled by fake news like this, even though it may seem real. While we wait for other fact checking sites like Snopes to also debunk this story, go ahead and do your part:
