A video posted by David Zublick on his "Truth Unsealed" Facebook page in May 2020 has gone viral, claiming that Fauci was indicted for crimes including "treason, conspiring with the enemy and fraud." Fauci has not been indicted. There are no court documents of an indictment and since the video was posted, Fauci has been seen in public and given live interviews. He appeared at the White House with Vice President Mike Pence on November 19, 2020.
The claim appeared as a post (archived here) where it was published by Egombolola on Facebook on May 21, 2020, under the title "BREAKING NEWS -Fauci Indicted". It opened:
The United States Justice has finalized a sealed indictment against Dr. Anthony Fauci for crimes including treason, conspiring with the enemy and fraud. David Zublick unseals the truth in this breaking story.

The Facebook post is an almost 17-minute video posted by David Zublick on his Facebook page Truth Unsealed, which he describes as "A news and media website covering alternative news and conspiracies." In the video where he claims Fauci is indicted, he quotes an April 2020 article by Dr. Judy Byington titled, "Sealed Indictment Issued on Dr. Fauci -- Exclusive," in the video, calling her a "first class reporter, with regard to alternative news," Zublick claims:
The United States Justice Department, on behalf of President Donald J. Trump, has finalized a sealed indictment naming Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institutes of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and member of the coronavirus taskforce, a traitor to the United States of America, according to Washington sources familiar with the issue."
Zublick said Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases since 1984 and a member of the White House Coronavirus Task Force, would be "stripped of his medical license and deported to Guantanamo Bay for the rest of his natural life."
He claimed Fauci was using coronavirus to harm the American people.
Coronavirus is a pretext for stripping American of the rights and freedoms that they hold dear... Fauci wants to usher in a new world order that would abolish the United States constitution and replace U.S. leaders with United Nations personnel."
There are no court documents included to authenticate the purported indictment, Fauci has not been arrested and he has been in public in person and on live television numerous times since the video was published in May. Dr. Fauci is not on the list of those who have been held in the Guantanamo Bay prison in Cuba, maintained by The New York Times, whose Guantanamo Bay reporter Carol Rosenberg is the longest-serving reporter assigned to the military prison there.
In recent weeks, Fauci appeared live via video on WBAY News Station ABC 2 on November 22, 2020, speaking about coronavirus cases in Wisconsin.
