Does a "photo" show Donald Trump "in his 50's," then a businessman, "dancing with a 13 year old girl"? No, that's not true: That is not a photo -- it is an image artificially created by algorithms.
The story appeared in a tweet (archived here) published on June 14, 2023. The caption said:
.@RepMTG Hey Marge, here's a photo Of Trump dancing with a 13 year old girl, on Epstein's private island. Trump was a Democrat at the time. so, is he then part of that cabal of Satan worshipers? https://t.co/A90zDmWkyu
The text on the image continued:
Trump was in his 50's when this was taken.
This is what the entry looked like on Twitter at the time of writing:

It is not an authentic photograph.
One of the telling signs that an image is generated by AI is inconsistencies in the background.
This picture presents two major abnormalities. On the right, we see a dancing woman with an enormous ear instead of her head. On the left, there is a man holding a drink in such a way that the glass is either glued to his hand (since we see five fingers in front of it) or that he has six fingers, with a thumb still behind the beer. While not completely impossible, this condition is extremely rare, but it repeatedly "occurs" in AI-generated images.
Additionally, that man's tie looks more like a scarf, looking disproportionally wide.

Another thing that draws attention is how high Trump's armpit is, especially given the fact that he wears a jacket. Men's jackets are usually tailored so that it fits torso and arms without being cut so high under the arms.
Born in 1946, Donald Trump began his 50s in 1996. However, a reverse image search did not produce a match for the image this fact check focuses on -- instead, it showed other pictures portraying him and his daughter Ivanka, who was 14 or 15 at the time.
Other archival photos of Trump with his family (for example, the gallery published by Time Magazine) reveal that the picture in the post changed the color of his eyes: His eye color is blue -- not brown, as it incorrectly appears in the image in question:

Last but not least, Lead Stories checked the authenticity of the supposed "photo" via the tools designed to identify AI-generated visual content: Hive Moderation and AI or Not. According to them, the image is not authentic:

Lead Stories previously wrote that another image did not show Trump hugging then-White House medical advisor Antony Fauci.
