Did nurse Tiffany Dover disappear from the public eye and stay silent after she fainted after receiving the first COVID-19 vaccine? No, that's not true: She has public social media accounts where she posted in the weeks after getting the shot, several times in 2021 and throughout 2023. Dover spoke publicly about fainting after the COVID vaccine in a video she posted on her Instagram and TikTok accounts on April 10, 2023, as well as an interview with NBC News on April 10, 2023.
The claim appeared in a post (archived here) on Instagram on December 3, 2023. It opened:
A Nurse by the name of Tiffany Dover was one of the first people to receive the Horrid Quackscene. She collapsed for the whole world to see and yet the majority of humans still went and got it. She disappeared from the public eye. Probably paid off to remain silent

As Lead Stories previously reported, Dover fainted after receiving the Pfizer-BioNTech's COVID vaccine on December 17, 2020, due to a "medical condition." The incident was broadcast live on local news and livestreamed on Facebook. While she was not active on social media for several years, she did give a widely covered interview in April 2023 and has maintained publicly available social media accounts with multiple posts in 2023, all of which took place months before the December 2023 Instagram post making the claim.
Dover posted on her Instagram account in February 2021, two months after receiving the shot, with pictures from a ski trip:
In March 2023 Dover posted a 36-second video to her Instagram and TikTok accounts (archived here) where she said she knew it had been a "really long time" but wanted people to know she was "alive" and promoted her 2023 appearance on the podcast "Tiffany Dover is Dead":

Dover also gave her first interview since fainting after receiving the shot to NBC News (archived here) in an article published on April 10, 2023. Video about the interview was posted on the NBC News YouTube channel (archived here) on the same day:
Dover said in the article that she was instructed by her employer, CHI Memorial Hospital, to not speak to the media or post on her social media account. Dover also said that she was reprimanded by the hospital for her 2021 social media posts. However, she told NBC News she left the hospital prior to the 2023 interview.
A Google search (archived here) for keywords "tiffany dover vaccine" on December 5, 2023, returned multiple news stories about Dover, including about her April interview.
