Did Melania Trump, the wife of President-elect Donald Trump, participate in an interview with an alternative health Instagram account, during which she said she uses "moringa powder"? No, that's not true: There is no evidence Melania Trump took part in such an interview. The account that posted this information does not appear to be a news outlet but a business selling alternative health products.
The claim appeared in a reel (archived here) on Instagram on November 6, 2024. Some of the slides of the reel read:
I had the honor to interview our new president's wife about her health and beauty routines 🤗 These are the things she does to look young while pushing her 60s...
She said that she uses moringa powder daily to prevent acne breakouts and get rid of joint pains 🤗 It's hard to find a natural one, so I linked one on my profile 🌿
This is what the reel looked like on Instagram at the time of writing:

The first slide of the reel featured a picture not of Melania Trump but of Donald Trump with one of his spokespeople, Margo Martin (@margomcatee) (archived here and here). Lead Stories searched on Melania Trump's official X (archived here) and Facebook accounts for any mention of moringa and did not get any relevant results.
Additionally, neither the post nor the account (@moringahealthh) making the claim linked to any evidence that there was an interview conducted with Melania Trump. The bio of the account that posted the claim reads:
