The video linked in the post does not show Obama doing drugs of any kind or doing anything that could even remotely be considered "abhorrent."
The claim appeared in a post and video (archived here) by the X account @MattWallace888 on November 25, 2024. It opened:

No evidence is given in the post that Obama ever committed "abhorrent" acts on camera while high on drugs. The post links to a video on Rumble.com ( archived here) that has an automated-sounding voice making the claims, but it does not show Obama doing any kind of drugs and doesn't show him doing anything shocking or sickening. This account that posted the claim -- @MattWallace888 -- has a history of posting clickbait and misleading information.
The 2:31-minute video shows several video clips throughout the years of the former president, but none of the clips show him doing drugs. Beginning at the 1:17 mark in the video, the voice claims:
Barack Obama has been a plant this entire time. He is someone who was addicted heavily to drugs. They used that to control him. They have footage of him doing extremely awful things while high on drugs and that is how they were able to get the Epstein client list almost entirely evaporated during Obama's presidency.
When the voice says at the 1:24 mark, "They have footage of him doing extremely awful things while high on drugs," the footage is black and white of Obama in what appears to be a classroom and he is not doing drugs, as this screenshot shows:
