Fact Check: Hillary Clinton Did NOT Tweet 'What The Fuck' In Response To A Democrat Tweet Calling For Epstein Files Release No WTF Post

Did Hillary Clinton tweet "WHAT THE FUCK???" in response to a Democratic Party tweet calling for the release of the Epstein files? No, that's not true: The Democrat.org tweet is real, but there is no evidence that the former secretary of state posted a reply. A search of Clinton's X account failed to find any usage of the F-word in her posts.

The claim appeared in a post (archived here) published on X on June 5, 2025, with a caption that read "CHECKMATE!!!😂😂😂". The post image read:

KILL THE BILL AND RELEASE THE EPSTEIN FILES!

The purported reply from Hillary Clinton read:

WHAT THE FUCK???

This is what the post looked like at the time of writing:

The @TheDemocrats account did actually tweet the first part (archived here) calling for the release of the Epstein files. Only the Clinton reply is not authentic. A search (archived here) for the F-word on her X account confirmed she has never used such language.
