Did Donald Trump post an image of himself helping Lady Liberty give birth to a mini-Trump wrapped in an American flag? No, that's not true: There is no evidence that Trump posted the image on his Truth Social account. The image has a watermark of a well-known meme creator and was posted on the creator's Instagram account.
The claim appeared in a May 1, 2026, post on X account @Jpod_art (archived here). It opened:

The image contains a watermark on the left arm of Lady Liberty that reads @adam.the.creator, the Instagram account of Adam Padilla, a self-identified 'Meme O.G.' Padilla posted the image on his Instagram account @adam.the.creator (archived here) on April 29, 2026, as this screenshot shows:

A search of Trump's Truth Social account and a Google reverse image search both returned no evidence the image was posted on his account as this screenshot shows:

Trump did previously post and delete an image depicting him as Jesus as CNN reported (archived here). The image had a background similar to the one used in this meme.
