Is a photo of Donald Trump showing him with heavy facial wrinkles, pale skin and sweat authentic? No, that's not true: The image has been altered to exaggerate facial wrinkles and to add bumps to his skin. The alteration has also lightened parts of his face. The original photo published by a news outlet does not show the same skin blemishes and pale color on the president's face.
The claim appeared in a July 23, 2026, post on X account @aintscarylarry (archived here). It opened:

The image was published by Reuters in a July 22, 2026, article (archived here). At a campaign rally in Marietta, Georgia, Trump mocked Sen. Jon Ossoff, mistakenly calling him "Pinky Herman" instead of "Pee-Wee Herman," as Yahoo reported (archived here).
The image below is the original image published in the article. Trump's skin is less wrinkled and does not have as many blemishes or bumps on the side of his face. His cheek, forehead, nose, chin and the side of his face near his white hair are a brighter color in this original photo.
