No, that's not true: The claim originated on a Facebook page known for satirical content, and the original account acknowledged in a reply that the video is a parody. The claim originally appeared on Facebook before being reposted (archived here) by the @PaulleyTicks account on X on Sept. 19, 2026. It read:
