Is there a person named "Anna Blackwell" who is in the U.S. Army and has traveled with President Donald Trump's entourage? No, that's not true: The image is AI-generated, as are several other images posted on the account in question. "Blackwell" appears to be based on the AI persona "Jessica Foster," an Instagram account that no longer exists.
The claim appeared in a post (archived here) from the account @Annablackwe11 on X on Nov. 1, 2026. The post included an image with a caption that read:
An honor to stand alongside President Trump!🇺🇸Strong women, strong leadership, and unwavering dedication to serving our great nation. Proud to wear the uniform and proud to be an American. God Bless America!❤️🇺🇸

'Anna Blackwell' is 'Jessica Foster,' an AI-generated personality
The account @Annablackwe11 on X (archived here) includes the nonsensical bio:
LOvE to be a military🇺🇸🫡
Imagery on the page suggests that "Blackwell" is a member of the U.S. Army. A screenshot of the account bio is below:

Many of the articles included in these results discussed an Instagram AI persona named "Jessica Foster" that was tied to an OnlyFans account. At one point, the Instagram account, which is no longer active, had close to one million followers (archived here). It appears that the @Annablackwe11 account on X uses some images that originated on the "Jessica Foster" Instagram account.
The image under examination in this fact check shows signs of being AI-generated. For example, the uniform worn by "Blackwell" does not look like a real Army Green Service Uniform (archived here). The most glaring issues with the "Blackwell" uniform are the skirt length and the shoes. The skirt in an Army Green Service Uniform is knee-length with low brown pumps (archived here), while the "Blackwell" uniform skirt is well above the knee and paired with high-heeled black pumps. A comparison image of the "Blackwell" uniform and official illustrations of the Army Green Service Uniform for female officers and enlisted members is shown below:

Additionally, as shown in the close-up image below, the two men in Trump's entourage, who appear to be Secret Service special agents (archived here), look nearly identical. Both wear bulletproof vests and carry rifles, while Trump and "Blackwell" are not wearing protective vests. There are also no earpieces or other visible communication devices on the men.

Finally, searches on Google News (archived here) and Yahoo News (archived here) for the phrase "'Anna Blackwell' AND Trump" did not produce any results that are relevant to the claim.
Analysis by AI-detection tools did not determine that the image in this fact check was AI-generated. However, Hive, SynthID and ZeroGPT determined that other images posted on the @Annablackwe11 account on X were highly likely to be AI-generated. Screenshots of the results are below:
