Video: Shooter Stopped In Downtown San Diego

San Diego police rushed to a community north of downtown Wednesday for what they described as an active shooter inside an apartment building using a high-powered rifle, according to local television.

The suspect, who was holed up in a one-bedroom apartment, was taken into custody after negotiations with police.
